Brady L. Pendleton
About
Brady Lane Pendleton is a native of Stephenville, Texas. He received his B.S. in Animal Industries from Tarleton State University. While at Tarleton State he served as Student Body President and was a member of the Oldest Spirit Organization in Texas, the Purple Poo. After Tarleton, Brady attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law where he was a member of the Traveling Mock Trial Team along with clerking for long-time Tarrant County Attorney Jim Lane. Currently, Brady operates offices in Stephenville and Glen Rose, providing legal services in the areas of criminal law, family law, wills and probate, civil litigation, immigration, municipal law, and aviation. In addition to his legal practice, Brady was elected in 2012 to serve on the Stephenville City Council, currently serving as Mayor Pro-Tem, and serves as city attorney for the City of Glen Rose and City of Dublin. In 2019, he was named the Tarleton Distinguished Young Alumni and was elected a director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. In 2019 and 2020, Brady was selected by Superlawyers.com as Rising Star. Brady was also named Best Attorney in Erath County and Glen Rose. In his free time, he volunteers as a mentor in the Big Brother, Big Sister Program, serves on the board of the Erath County Farm Bureau, Erath County Meals on Wheels, Dublin Library, Tarleton Alumni Association, Tarleton Texan Club, Ben Hogan Museum, and is involved in countless other community organizations and programs.
